Sophia, Cala Tarida

Villa Sophia is located close to Cala Tarida, one of Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches to watch Ibiza's famous sunsets. The house has a stunning view and has been tastefully renovated in 2019. Views from all over the outside area are stretched out over the Mediterranean sea. Sophia is situated on a dead-end street in a peaceful residential area. The pool (10x6m) is surrounded by several sun beds and lounging areas and the Sonos music system can be enjoyed inside and outside.

There is a cosy living room with a tastefully decorated bright and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and completed with SMEG stove. The house is very Ibiza charming and truly feels like a home away from home. Villa Sophia features 5 bedrooms of which all of them have an en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is only accessible from the outside and is perfect for those who are looking for a bit more privacy.

The outside area features a lovely spacious kitchen with BBQ (gas). In addition, there is a possibility to play “Jeu de Boules” in the garden area. A trampoline, play castle, slide and swing for kids is situated in the garden below the pool. Lastly, a completely new gym was installed and equipped with all necessities. 

There is parking space for 2 cars and the outside area is secured with security cameras. The pool can be heated on request.
