How do I book a house with Ibiza's finest villas?

YAY! You have found your perfect match! Please fill in our booking form and select your favorite home, and send it off. The reservation will be requested with the owner of the vacation home. As soon as your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation and travel itinerary of your reservation. Now you can book your flights and start looking forward to your holiday!

Is it possible to take an option on a house?

We understand that you would like to take some time to discuss with your travel group before booking. We can request the owners to hold your preferred dates for 48 hours (unless otherwise stated). We will inform you in a timely manner when your option expires.

How does the payment of a booking work?

We require a 50% down payment to confirm your booking. The down payment is due within 3 days after order date. The final payment order will be send 8 weeks before arrival and is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. The damage deposit order will be send 2 weeks prior to arrival and needs to be in our account 1 week prior to arrival. If your arrival date is within 6 weeks at the time of booking, we will send a payment order of 100%.

Can we also book flights with you?

Unfortunately you can not book flights with Ibiza's finest villas at the moment. We would gladly advise you on the best travel routes to the island.

Is it possible to book an early check-in or a late check-out?

If the house is not rented out before or after your stay, you may be able to check in earlier or check out later. We kindly ask you to request this with us and we will see what is possible in consultation with the owner. Due to other bookings and last-minutes, we can only inquire this for you in about one week prior to arrival. Early check-ins are never guaranteed as the marvelous cleaning teams need a sufficient amount of time to prepare a house for your arrival.

Is it possible to rent a baby cot and high chair?

You can rent a baby cot and high chair at the villa. The costs for a cot are €50 per week and for a chair €15 per week. If you want to rent these during your stay in the villa, you can indicate this in your booking or send us your request by email.

Is the calendar correct for the villas?

We strive to always have the calendars up to date but unfortunately not all calendars are real-time. It is therefore possible that booking inquiries cross each other at the same time, especially during peak booking months. We will always request your inquired dates with the owners to confirm first.

Do you know all the houses personally?

Yes! All houses we offer have been selected and checked by our local team. This is how we give the best recommendations.

Do I need to bring bed linen and towels?

No, you don't have to bring anything, except beach towels. Note that we recommend bringing linen for your baby and their cot.

Can I rent a car with you?

We have been working with a great partner for the past 10 years. Next to the wonderful service they offer, please find below some more amazing perks:

Can I rent a boat with you?

We rent boats through reliable partners, and we have been working with them for years. If you want to see a couple of boat offers, take a look at our services page. Note that this is just small selection of options. Tell us your desired wishes per mail, and we will send you the available options.

What services do you offer in addition to renting vacation homes?

You can think of shopping service on arrival, outdoor cinema in the garden of your villa, babysitting service (several languages), massage at home, beauty treatments, yoga class at home, personal training, tennis training and other sports activities. Another popular service is reserving a private chef at your villa. The possibilities are endless, contact us to see what we can arrange for you.

How do I know where my villa is located?

Due to privacy of other guests and privacy of the owner, we provide the exact location of a villa about one week before arrival. There are almost no addresses on the island and that is why send a pin location. These coordinates will guide you to your home.

Is there WIFI in the villa?

All villas are equipped with WIFI.

Do you also offer houses for long-term rental?

We mainly rent weekly. Due to our intensive contact with owners, we often know when an owner is open to renting out for the long term. You can always ask about the possibilities.
