Nuria, Santa Gertrudis

The lovely villa Nuria is designed by Blakstad and is situated remotely in the mountains behind Santa Gertrudis. This majestic property is completely private and has great views over the full length of the house, the Mediterranean sea and pool area. This house is a true Ibiza oasis!

Sliding doors open up to the lush garden and terraces surrounding the house. In addition there is a wonderful patio with comfortable sofa's centrally situated in the middle of the house, overlooking the terraces and lemon trees.

The kitchen is adherent to the living room with fire place and comfortable large sofa. High ceilings and lots of light are some of the main features of this area of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and SMEGG cooking units and 2 RVS ovens, as well as dishwashers and 2 RVS fridge freeze combo's. 

2 bedrooms in the main house have access to an outside shower and bath. Another 3 bedrooms are to be found on the ground level and are featured with en suite bath rooms, each with a shower.

For those who seek that extra bit of privacy, a 6th bedroom with en suite bathroom is located below the house and entered from the pool area. This bedroom has a separate outside entrance, a comfortable double bed and airconditioning.
