Villa Maria is the first house in Ibiza that is CO2 positive. Recently renovated and the beautiful nature of Ibiza is incorporated into the house, the ultimate place to fully unwind. Close to Ibiza's most beautiful beaches such as Cala Bassa. 

This villa is one of a kind. The house is almost completely "off gird". We generate 80-90% of electricity ourselves, or we get the remaining 10% from the batteries and still from the grid. All CO2 that comes with this is automatically compensated. We get water from a well (for showering etc) and for the garden, the water is stored in the large Cisternas.
In addition, the house is completely smart and self-regulating, all with a view to energy saving. For example, lamps that do not have to be on for a long time also turn off automatically. (This can be overruled remotely if needed).

The spacious garden tropical garden is well maintained. Enjoy the long summer nights with the outside bbq and outside kitchen and dining table ready for 14 people. The fine swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean plants and flowers. Also inside, the villa is decorated with much love and attention making use of natural colors and materials. 

From the garden, you walk into the main house. There are 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms divided over multiple floors. All bedrooms have air conditioning. On the first floor, there is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. The living room is very cozy with a unique large couch, next to the living room there is another lounge where you'll find the dining table with lovely wishbone chairs. 

This family home is located on a hill and completely fenced so it has 100% privacy!
The central location in the countryside between San Rafael and San Antonio makes it perfect to explore the whole Island. The beaches of the West to see the sun sets are 10-15 minutes away, as are the real Ibizan towns of Santa Gertrudis and Santa Agnes, both lovely for tapas and evening meals and the local beaches of Cala Gracio and Cala Salada are family friendly and picturesque with fine sand. But with the main road between San Antonio and Ibiza town at just a few minutes drive you are only 15 minutes from Ibiza and 20 mins from the airport.
