Villa Ariel is located in a residential neighbourhood of Talamanca. The central location of the house provides a lovely view all the way up to Ibiza Town and stretches out over the full length of the villa. Hotspots of the island, such as the lovely village Jesús or Marina Botafoc are just a 5-minute drive from the house!

The modern villa is built on 2 floors and surrounded by a fenced garden with palm trees. The outside area features a lovely pool, hammock and 8 sun beds. The outside dining table on the terrace seats 12, features a Boretti BBQ and there is a separate lounging sofa in addition to enjoy the great views.

The living room features a comfortable living room with big sofa and another dining table seating 10. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a guest toilet in addition. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, of which all are en suite. From 3 bedrooms one can enter the outside pool area through sliding doors. All bedrooms are designed with care, luxury and convenience. There is WIFI and airconditioning all throughout the villa.

The villa is on walking distance to Talamanca beach and is perfectly suitable for families.
